Different Ways to Launch an IT Support Ticket

There are 3 different ways to launch an IT Support Help Desk Ticket:

  • Through a Web Form
  • Through an Email
    • Any email sent to this address gets automatically converted into a Freshdesk IT Support ticket.
    • Send email to:  itsupport@[company].com  where company = weldfit or ashburnchemical or apexlp or danlocgroup. E.g. "itsupport@ashburnchemical.com"
    • Be sure to include a meaningful Subject (the question or issue you are reporting), Category (whether it's a printer or computer laptop issue, etc., and full description, plus attach any screenshots that may be appropriate for the troubleshooting.
  • Through a Phone App
    • Google Play: Download and install "Freshdesk Support Desk" App
    • Apple Store: Download and install "Freshdesk Support Desk" from the App Store
