The IT Support Ticket Portal allows you to review all your previously created IT Support tickets, as well as the status of current tickets. It also contains a knowledgebase of the most frequently asked questions (FAQ).
To get started:
- IT Freshdesk Administrator should have already added your email login to the Freshdesk contacts database. If in doubt send an email ticket to inquire.
- You login to the Portal by using your Microsoft (Azure) AD password - same login-password used to log into Office O365. Be sure you know it *before* you attempt to login here.
